Sig&Chips is a stripped-down fish counter in Kentron serving a focused menu built around sig (a freshwater fish) in various forms: whole filets with sides, formed into kotletes or burgers, or battered into balls and pies. You order at the counter, pick your protein, choose sides (chips, broccoli, homemade potatoes, or tempura veg), add one of five house sauces (narsharab, tartar, honey mustard, sriracha mayo, ketchup). Salads pair crispy sig with greens or seasonal vegetables. Prices run 1600–3200 AMD for mains, 900–1600 AMD for sides. Dessert is PIE PIE pies. Drinks lean functional: natural juices, Jermuk water, basic soft drinks, plus Hell Light and Red IPA on tap, or Kiraki wine by the glass. Suits lunch breaks, quick dinners, anyone wanting fish without ceremony. No table service, no frills—fuel-focused.
