How Dish.am works, what we guarantee (and don't), and what you agree to when using this service
Dish.am is an information aggregator — we collect, organize and present data about restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries across Armenia. We are not a booking platform, delivery service, or official representative of any venue. By using this site or our Telegram bot, you accept these terms. Last updated January 2025.
Aggregator Status
We compile publicly available information from venue websites, social media, directories and user reports. Dish.am does not own, operate or endorse any restaurant listed. We provide search and discovery tools — the transaction happens between you and the venue directly.
No Liability for Venue Information
Hours, prices, menus and availability change without notice. A restaurant may close temporarily, stop serving a dish, or adjust pricing after we index it. We update data regularly but make no warranty that any detail is current or complete. Always confirm directly with the venue before traveling.
User Responsibility
You verify information independently. Check the venue's phone number, Instagram or location before visiting. If a place is closed when we said open, or a dish costs more than listed, that is not our error — it is the nature of aggregated data. Use Dish.am as a starting point, not gospel.
Content Licensing
All original text, descriptions and editorial content on Dish.am is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0). You may copy, adapt or redistribute our writing with attribution to Dish.am. Venue names, addresses and factual data remain public information. Photos belong to their respective owners.
Telegram Lead Handling
When you message our Telegram bot, we store your username and query to improve recommendations. We do not share your Telegram ID with third parties or use it for marketing. If you submit a venue correction or suggestion, we may contact you once for clarification — no spam, no lists.
Changes to These Terms
We update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance. If a major policy shift occurs — like introducing paid features or data-sharing partnerships — we will note the date and summary at the top of this page.
