Updated 19 October 2026. Dish.am helps you choose a venue and send an enquiry to our team. This page describes how those features handle data.

Enquiries and contacts

When you submit a form, we receive your name, phone, message, selected venue and date if it is a booking enquiry. The enquiry is saved on our server and sent to the Dish.am team through Telegram. Saving or delivering an enquiry does not confirm a reservation. To correct or delete your enquiry data, contact hello@dish.am.

Voice and AI recommendations

Standard voice input uses the browser's speech recognition service; audio processing depends on the browser and its provider. Recognised text and request context are sent to Dish.am and may be shared with Anthropic to generate an answer. In the separate voice conversation test, audio is sent to OpenAI only after you start it. Your name, phone and other personal details are not needed to find a restaurant: please do not include them in search requests.

Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 receives page views and events such as opening a menu, clicking a phone or contact, selecting a venue, saving an enquiry, using the assistant and watching videos. Data includes the page address, page type, language, public venue identifier and technical browser information. Our events do not send guest names or phone numbers, form contents, conversation text or audio. Search queries and access codes are excluded from the page address used for analytics. Google processes technical connection data under its privacy policy. With consent, a random saved-enquiry ID accompanies the generate_lead event. The acquisition source, landing page, safe UTM tags and GA4 browser and session identifiers may be stored with the enquiry and sent to our team in Telegram to understand which visits lead to enquiries. This does not identify a person or link their devices.

Cookies and browser settings

Google Analytics is not loaded before consent. Your choice is saved for 180 days. Decline or change it using Cookie settings in the footer; declining does not prevent browsing or sending enquiries. Withdrawing consent stops event collection and removes Google Analytics cookies. Currency, language and interface state may be saved in your browser separately from analytics. After consent, acquisition history is stored in the browser for up to 30 days; a new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Withdrawing consent removes this browser history; previously saved enquiry data can be deleted on request.

Videos and external services

The YouTube player loads after you click a video. When you visit Telegram, Instagram, maps or other external sites, their own data policies apply. Dish.am also uses technical server logs and request limits to protect the site.
