About Pizza RIA Lab / Պիցցա ՌԻԱ Լաբ.
Pizza RIA Lab operates as a focused pizzeria on Ghapantsian Street, built around a wood-fired oven and Italian technique. The menu centers on thin-crust Neapolitan-style pies with quality toppings—no kitchen bloat, no pretense. Ambiance is casual and efficient: order at the counter, collect your pizza warm. Pricing sits around 6000 AMD per pizza, making it accessible for weekday lunch or casual dinner. Suits solo diners, couples grabbing quick dinner, or groups after drinks. The format trades table service comfort for speed and focus. Regulars praise consistency across a small, well-executed rotation.
Things to note: Counter service only—no table seating. Limited menu by design. Peak hours may mean short waits.
