Locals use it as a shortcut between Opera and Republic Square, not a destination. Food offerings follow the transit pattern—quick service dominates, sit-down spots feel transactional.
Walk from Republic Square metro (exit north side) in under two minutes, or from Opera in four. The avenue is car-free, but cross streets carry heavy traffic. Taxis drop at either end; no parking along the promenade itself.
