About Coffee House Prime.
Coffee House Prime occupies the casual kofeynya slot—the kind of place where locals nurse a cappuccino for an hour and nobody minds. Positioned on Ler Kamsar in the Saryana area, it draws a steady stream of students, remote workers, and morning regulars. The space feels unpretentious, with straightforward coffee preparation and a modest food menu built around pastries and sandwiches. Expect counter service and a modest check around 2000 AMD. It's not a destination venue; it's a functional third place. Suits anyone who values consistency and low friction over atmosphere or culinary ambition.
Things to note: Limited menu scope; service is self-directed at counter. Seating can fill during peak hours.
